The HPQ-Select is a shorter, more streamlined version of the HPQ with an employer-focused reporting structure, that IBI and Dr. Kessler of Harvard Medical School co-developed. IBI can help you process previously-collected HPQ data, administer the HPQ-Select web survey or integrate HPQ-Select items into an existing HRA.
